⏱ Advance Reservation Requirement
All reservations must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled travel time.
Example: If it is 1:00 PM today, a reservation for 12:00 PM tomorrow cannot be accommodated.
🕒 Pickup Timing
Please allow a 15-minute window before and after your scheduled pickup time to account for traffic conditions and operational adjustments.
✈️ Flight Delays
In the event of flight delays, passengers may occasionally share transportation with another client to maintain schedule efficiency.
🧒 Child Safety Requirements
To ensure compliance with safety regulations:
- Children under 8 years of age or under 4 feet 9 inches in height must be secured in an appropriate child safety seat or booster.
- We can provide infant or toddler car seats upon request.
Please notify us at the time of booking if this accommodation is needed.
