Rescheduling
At Slingshot Taxi, we strive to accommodate your travel needs efficiently. Please note that a $25 rescheduling fee applies for all appointments changed within 24 hours of your scheduled time. However, if your flight is canceled by the airline, this fee will be waived. Your journey to or from Gerald R. Ford International Airport remains our priority.
Cancelation
We understand plans change. A $25 cancellation fee applies to appointments canceled within 24 hours, but this fee is waived for cancellations due to airline flight cancellations.
Vehicles
Vehicles will only carry the amount of passengers legally allowed by seating capacity
Waiting Time
At Slingshot Taxi, we offer a 15-minute grace period for scheduled pickups to ensure your convenience, excluding airport pickups. In rare instances of significant airline delays, you may share the ride with another client, maintaining efficiency while providing reliable transportation to and from the Gerald R. Ford International Airport.
Personal Property
Slingshot Taxi is not responsible for lost or left-behind items. However we will do our best to find and return items.
Privacy
- Your personal information is kept private and used solely for the following purposes: to enhance and improve our service, for billing and confirmation, and, with your explicit consent, for promotional offers.
Liability
- Slingshot Taxi makes no warranties regarding services.
- Slingshot Taxi is not liable for:
- Loss of use, revenue, profit, or value.
- Indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.
- Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
Additional fees
At Slingshot Taxi, we prioritize the cleanliness and comfort of our vehicles for all passengers traveling to and from Gerald R. Ford International Airport. To maintain our high standards, a $450 fee will be applied if any of our vehicles require special cleaning due to incidents involving vomit, beverages, or food.
